- What is the minimum group size to qualify for rewards?
- You need a minimum of 4 riders (including yourself) to unlock group leader rewards. Groups of 4–7 receive a trip discount and a gear gift, groups of 8–12 ride for free with additional perks, and groups of 13+ unlock our revenue share model and VIP Concierge service.
- Do I need to choose a tour before submitting the form?
- Not at all. You can browse our tour catalog for inspiration, but it's not required. When you submit the intake form, our team will suggest tours and destinations based on your group's size, fitness level, and preferences. Many of our best group trips start with just a rough idea.
- How does the revenue share model work for 13+ groups?
- For groups of 13 or more, you earn a percentage of the total booking value for every rider in your group. The exact share is agreed during the planning process and depends on group size, tour type, and your level of involvement in promotion. This model is particularly popular with cycling content creators and club organisers.
- Can I customise the tour itinerary for my group?
- Yes — especially for larger groups. For 8+ riders we offer itinerary adjustments such as route difficulty, rest day locations, and optional stage variations. For groups of 13+ we offer full tour design, where you have input on every aspect of the experience including accommodation style, daily distance, and off-bike activities.
- What happens if riders drop out after booking?
- Individual riders are subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined at booking. Your group leader rewards are based on the final confirmed rider count at departure, not the initial sign-up number. We'll always work with you to fill vacated spots if time allows.
- How long does it take to get a quote after submitting the form?
- Our group tour specialists typically respond within 2–3 business days with a scoping call invitation and an initial proposal. Complex itineraries or custom tour designs may take a few days longer. We'll always keep you updated on timing.
- Is there a cost to submit an inquiry?
- No — submitting the intake form and the initial planning conversation are completely free. You only commit when you're ready to open bookings for your group. There's no deposit required until your riders start booking their spots.
- How does the athlete readiness dashboard work?
- Once your group members connect their Strava accounts, the dashboard aggregates their recent training data and generates an individual readiness score for each rider. This helps you understand how prepared your group is relative to the planned tour difficulty — so you can have informed conversations before departure rather than discovering fitness gaps on the road.
