Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the VO2 Travel website and your tour bookings. Last updated October 11, 2026.
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the VO2 Travel website and booking platform (the “Service”) operated by VO2 Travel LLC (“VO2 Travel,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Service or booking a tour, you agree to these terms in full. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
VO2 Travel curates and arranges cycling tour experiences. Tours are operated by third-party partners — we do not own or directly operate the tours themselves. Your booking is a contract between you and VO2 Travel covering the curation, matching, and coordination services we provide.
2. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received and we have sent a booking confirmation. Deposits and balance payments follow the payment schedule shown at checkout for each tour.
All prices are displayed in the currency of the departure and are the final amount. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees from your card issuer are your responsibility.
You are responsible for the accuracy of rider information (names, dates of birth, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and emergency contacts) supplied during booking. Incorrect information may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation refunds follow the tiered policy shown during checkout. Refunds are computed relative to the departure date, not the date of booking, and are processed to the original payment method.
VO2 Travel reserves the right to cancel a departure for reasons including insufficient sign-ups, force majeure, or safety concerns. In those cases you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another departure.
Tour operators may alter routes, accommodations, or support services where necessary for rider safety or to respond to conditions beyond their control.
4. Assumption of Risk
Cycling tours involve inherent physical risks including falls, collisions, and weather exposure. You acknowledge these risks and agree to ride within your ability. A separate Liability Waiver is required for each rider at booking.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and for arranging your own travel and medical insurance. We recommend coverage that includes cycling accidents and cancellation protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VO2 Travel’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Website Content
All content on the Service — including text, photos, route maps, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to VO2 Travel and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or sell it without our written permission.
“VO2 Travel” and the VO2 Travel logo are trademarks of VO2 Travel LLC. Other names and logos on the Service belong to their respective owners.
